In the last chapter, Goroshky mentioned that NPCs can tell he's a PKer at a glance, and when he was armoring up with his full build, he mentioned that guardians and players wouldn't be able to kill him.

It seems there are certain NPCs that are powerful, and I wonder if it relates to what the other player said in relation to the Third Rank. (Used non-specific terms to avoid spoilers)
