Humans again! Since we lost Barry and the rest of the group from that fallen city that appeared in Chapter 4, it felt like we lost something, a type of aspect and potential that was left unexplored. In the entire lore of this world, in-game humans are somehow still mystifying. We understand how demons amass power; they're born strong and with mana for magic. It seems humans essentially stole these techniques thanks to Ricaedel, the King of Kings. So, understanding how a short-lived race evolved and grew stronger over time would be insightful. Once again, it's interesting to see Goroshky, someone so apparently powerful, be once again hesitant to fight. Moreso than just a skilled fighter and assassin, he's a survivor. It also proposes the question, what makes a Third Rank so vastly different from a Second Rank? Barry struggled to kill one Onmir and died to the second he fought, so what is the gap between him and a Third Rank master? How powerful does a human of this world have to be to kill someone like Goroshky? In terms of scale, would Kasirga struggle? What do they have to do, how hard must they work and struggle, how blessed must they be at birth to channel mana?

So many questions I would love to see answered one day. In addition, the new cover is so interesting. More bloody than ever, with Goroshky posed to fight and Emily falling upside down, perhaps to show her fall from grace, like an angel to a demon? I await to see what this world can show me
